Terms and conditions
Operator and gambling agreement
King Casino's operator is Jupiter Gaming Limited. Its UK Gambling Commission licence is numbered 67098, and it also holds a licence from the Jersey Gambling Commission. The account and gambling obligations below concern King Casino and its operator. Questions concerning kingcasinogb.co.uk can be sent to [email protected].
Using King Casino's services means accepting its gambling agreement. That agreement also includes the privacy provisions, individual promotion conditions, safer gambling policy and rules within each game. Gambling carries the possibility of financial loss, which the player accepts when using those services.
Eligibility and account ownership
King Casino accounts are available to UK residents aged 18 or above. Players must also be within the United Kingdom when gambling. Registration requires accurate personal information and an account intended solely for the applicant. King Casino may refuse an application without explaining its decision.
An applicant must not be registered with GamStop or self-excluded from another site operated by Jupiter Gaming Limited. A previous operator-imposed account closure also prevents registration, except where the earlier closure followed the player's request or inactivity.
Only a single account is allowed for each brand. Opening extra accounts under alternative names or email addresses breaches this restriction. King Casino may close every duplicate account, retain the original account, or retain the account whose details were verified most recently.
Security and verification
Keep account credentials private and tell King Casino immediately about suspected unauthorised access. The operator can suspend the account while investigating. Personal and payment details must remain accurate, with changes reported promptly.
King Casino checks every customer's identity and age, using automatic checks where possible. If these checks are unsuccessful, identification documents are needed before depositing. Requested evidence may include a driving licence, passport, recent utility bill or financial statement.
Further checks may cover residence, ownership of payment methods and the origin of deposited money. Missing or unsatisfactory documents can result in suspension and funds being held until verification is complete. Transactions may also be paused during checks intended to prevent money laundering.
Depositing and withdrawing
King Casino accepts deposits from £10, with £2,000 as the maximum for an individual deposit transaction. Visa and Mastercard debit cards are available for both depositing and withdrawing. The usual withdrawal minimum is £10. Smaller requests can be handled through King Casino support, and that minimum does not apply when closing an account.
Payments must use the player's own money and a method registered to that player. The restrictions include the following.
- Cards, bank accounts or digital wallets owned by somebody else cannot be used, even with permission.
- Business payment accounts and company cards are prohibited.
- Credit cards and borrowing facilities cannot fund play.
- Nobody else may deposit or gamble through the player's account.
Withdrawals initially return to the method used for the deposit. King Casino may instead issue a cheque following an internal risk decision. The receiving account or method must belong to the player and pass the required checks. Incorrect bank details are the player's responsibility, and money sent to the wrong account cannot be paid again.
Customer balances
King Casino keeps customer money apart from its corporate banking funds. However, in insolvency that money remains among the business's assets. The Gambling Commission protection category is Not Protected. Keeping the balances separate therefore does not provide insolvency protection.
A gambling balance earns no interest. King Casino offers no credit and requires enough funds for a stake before accepting play. Amounts credited by mistake must be returned, and the operator may recover them from an account balance.
Games and promotions
Each King Casino game has its own rules. Cheating, collusion, automated play and exploiting game faults are prohibited. Fraud or breaches of the gambling agreement can lead to account closure or funds being withheld.
Promotional rewards have separate conditions, including any required staking and conversion limits. Breaking those conditions can invalidate a reward and its associated winnings. Repeated bonus claims through multiple accounts and deliberate manipulation of wagering are prohibited.
Closing an account
A player can request account closure through King Casino support. Email requests may require up to 72 hours to take effect, with the player remaining responsible for activity during that interval. Ordinary closure does not establish self-exclusion. Cooling-off and self-exclusion are separate options for restricting gambling access.
Complaints and changes
King Casino normally answers a complaint within three working days unless further investigation is needed. An unhappy customer can request escalation to a supervisor or manager, with a response within ten working days.
Unresolved gambling disputes can go without charge to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service after the internal process. A deadlock letter or eight weeks without resolution is required, with timely participation in the complaint process. Referral must occur within twelve months of the initial complaint reaching the operator.
English courts have jurisdiction over disputes concerning the operator's services, under the laws applicable in England and Wales. Material changes to King Casino's terms take effect seven days after notification on its website. Changes are also notified by email, with acceptance requested at the next login.
